    Math Test Message

    Good Evening, This is the East-West School of International Studies calling with an important reminder.  On Wednesday, April 22nd , your middle school student will begin taking the Math State Exams.   • March 2015 Parent-Teacher Conference

    Good Evening, This is the East-West School of International Studies calling to inform you that Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 26th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday March 27th from 12:00 to 2:15 p.m.

  • 8th Grade 0 Period Physical Education

    For 8th graders who currently have 0 period physical education class, please be informed on Wednesday, April 15th and Wednesday, April 22nd, 0 period class will be cancelled due to the administration of the NYS English Language Arts and Math State Exam.

    Physical Ed class will resume again on Wednesday, April 29th.

    Good Evening, this is the East-West school calling with an exciting announcement. Come to the Annual East West Talent Show next week, on Thursday, March 19! The doors will open at 5pm for a Photography Exhibit before the performances begin at 5:30. Tickets are only $3, or 2 tickets for $5 this week. Get your tickets now because the price will go up next week! Tickets are available from Talent Show representatives in each grade, and from Ms. Brainsky, Ms. Minckler and Mr. Oppenheim.   • High School Application-1st Round Decision

    A message from our Middle School Guidance Counselor, Mr. Diaz...

    The results of the High School Application 1st Round will be distributed on March 5, 2015. Second Round will begin shortly.  

    Please remember that 2nd Round is only for students who were not placed in a school during the 1st Round or who want to be considered for new smaller schools.  Schools that were placed on your child's 1st Round application, will not be reconsidering their placement decisions during this process.  Appeals will be considered at the end of the 2nd Round.
