Dear Parents/Guardians,
Yesterday, your child was given a green envelope with the annual Parent Survey inside to take home. I hope you have received it and had a chance to glance through the pages.
This is part of an annual School Survey conducted by the Department of Education (DOE). We take this survey every year. Answer a few questions. Say what we want to say. So the DOE will know what to do to improve our school.
Please ask your child for the “green envelope” if he or she has not brought it to your attention. Voicing your concerns and getting them to DOE are critical for East-West to continue growing and improving.
If you think our school could be saver, say it in the survey. If you wish to have more after-school program, better school lunch, expanded parent involvement in decision making, or any other idea, make sure you take the survey and let them know.
You can do the survey on line or you can send it back in the mail. All instruction is in the envelope. Just remember to complete the process by April 23.
Thank you for taking the survey and helping to build our school.
Regards,
Peter Chow
