Scholastic Uniforms Inc. is the new vendor to EWSIS's Uniforms.  Below is the flier that will be back-packed home on June 11th.  If you wish to order uniforms in person, Scholastic Uniform Representatives will be here on Thursday, June 18th at 5:30pm in Room 409.

  EWSIS has a new uniform vendor: Scholastic Uniforms. Representatives will be at EWSIS on Thursday, June 18 at 5:30pm in Room 409 to measure current students. Our uniform consists of:
Mandatory
  • Black or royal blue polo shirt with school logo (short sleeve or long sleeve)
  • Gym uniform: white t-shirt with school logo
  • Black sweatpants and/or shorts with school logo
Optional
  • Light blue oxford shirt with school logo
  • Black cardigan sweater, v-neck long sleeve sweater, or sweater vest with school logo
  • Black zipper-front fleece jacket with school logo
  • Black zipper-front hooded sweatshirt with school logo

  IN-PERSON ORDERS        Scholastic Uniforms Showroom in Maspeth, Queens. There is no delivery charge for orders picked up at the Maspeth Showroom (see below  for address)

Maspeth Showroom Hours
§               Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 4:30pm
§               Thursday from 1 p.m. to 8 pm
Starting approximately August 15t “School Rush” hours normally in effect until second week of school.
§               Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
§               Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
§               Thursday from 1 p.m. to 8 pm
 
 A $25.00 deposit is required at the time of measurement (the deposit is refundable only if a request is made in writing). Make checks payable to Scholastic Uniforms. Payment in full at the time of measurement will speed delivery of your order. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. You will be billed for the balance due. Please mail your payment directly to the company by July 15th to ensure delivery for school opening. Or your balance can be paid by telephone at 718-234-6200 with Visa or MasterCard. 
You may, if you wish, take down measurements yourself and order online by June 30, 2009 to qualify for the 10% online order discount.
Your student’s package will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) during the summer. Please try the items on right away. A pre-paid return label will be enclosed in the package along with a return authorization slip which you will complete should an exchange be necessary. Order issues/returns can also be handled at the Scholastic Uniforms Showroom location in Maspeth, Queens.
