2026 East-West First Day Instructions for Middle and High School Students

Middle School Students (Grades 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th)

Students in 6th-to 8th-grade will line up on Juniper Avenue next to our Auditorium ramp entrance. Students will begin entering the Auditorium at 7:35 am. Students will receive their school schedule in the Auditorium at 8:00 am. According to the New York State Cell Phone Policy, your child should avoid bringing game devices, personal laptops, or iPads to school. Students will be expected to lock their cell phones in their case upon arrival. If your child does not have a phone case, they will receive one by next week. 

High School Students (Grades 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th)

Students in 9th-grade to 12th-grade students will enter the Main Lobby starting at 7:30 am. High school students will receive their schedule in the Lobby. According to the New York State Cell Phone Policy, your child should avoid bringing game devices, personal laptops, or iPads to school. Students will be expected to lock their cell phones in their case upon arrival. If your child does not have a phone case, they will receive one by next week.
