Hello. This is the East-West School of International Studies calling to remind you that our next PTA meeting will be held on this Saturday morning, May 9 at 10:00 AM. All parents and guardians are cordially invited to attend.
We will start with a delicious breakfast in honor of Mother’s Day and we will have some special giveaways for our mothers in attendance. We will also be holding a special fundraising raffle for a beautiful Mother’s Day gift basket with a variety of items to pamper a special mom; total retail value of basket is approximately $1000. Raffle tickets are on sale for $20 each. Drawing will take place at the end of our PTA Meeting. You do not need to be present to win.
The business portion of the meeting will offer information useful to parents from the PTA and the school. We will be holding nominations for our Annual PTA Executive Board Elections. We are still looking for parents interested in joining the PTA Executive Board and the School Leadership Team for the 2015-2016 school year. The Annual PTA Executive Board Elections will take place at our final PTA meeting of this school year on June 6, 2015.

Vamos a empezar con un delicioso desayuno en honor al Día de la Madre, por eso tenemos algunos regalos especiales para nuestras madres asistentes. Tendremos también un sorteo especial para recaudar fondos para un hermoso día de la Madre cesta de regalo con una gran variedad de elementos especiales .total al por menor valor de la canasta es de aproximadamente $1000.
