Dear Parents and Guardians,

Here is some information about the schedule for 12th grade students this week:

1. Tuesday, June 7th, and Wednesday, June 8th are both regular school days. All students, including seniors, will attend all of their regularly scheduled classes as usual.
2. The Senior Prom is Wednesday evening from 6-10 PM.
3. Thursday, June 9th, there will be no students in attendance the entire day.
4. Friday, June 10th, Graduation Rehearsal will take place from periods 2-6. Students will attend their regular classes periods 1, 7, and 8.

Buenas tardes, esta es la escuela East-West  llamando con alguna información sobre el programa para estudiantes de grado doce esta semana. El martes 7 de junio, y el miércoles, 8 de junio son  días escolares regulares. Todos los estudiantes, incluidos los ancianos, asistirán a todas sus clases regulares como de costumbre. El Prom es miércoles de 6 a 10 PM. Jueves, 9 de junio, no habrá estudiantes que asisten todo el día. Viernes, 10 de junio, tendrá lugar el ensayo de graduación de períodos 2-6. High School students who are not scheduled to take the Algebra II Common Core Regents on Wednesday, June 1 will not be in attendance.  

Only students taking Algebra II Common Core Regents need to report to school at 7:45 AM.

Summer School this year will be held at East–West. Students will receive a letter in June if they needs to attend.

The first day of summer school is July 7th. It will be from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. The last instructional day for Middle School is August 11th, the last instructional day for High School will be August 16th.

Dear Class of 2016,

Yearbook and cap and gown distribution, as well as graduation tickets distribution will be held on Thursday, June 2nd during the school day only. Please make sure you are in school.

Senior Awards Ceremony will be held at Muster on Friday, June 3rd. (8:00AM).
