    Good Evening, This is the East-West School calling with an important announcement. East- West will be co-hosting our first College Fair on Thursday April 19th.     The fair will take place from 6:30 to  9:00 p.m. at Francis Lewis High School, 58 - 20 Utopia Parkway Fresh Meadows, NY 1 1 3 6 5.    Over one hundred Colleges, Universities and Trade Schools will be there to offer our students information about college admissions.  We strongly encourage all students and families to attend this FREE College Event.

    "Hello. This is the East-West School of International Studies calling to remind you that our next PTA meeting will be held on this Saturday morning, March 31st at 10:00 AM. This meeting will replace our usual meeting in April since the first Saturday in April is a holiday. The morning will begin with a light breakfast buffet. The business portion of the meeting will offer information useful to parents, from the PTA, our principal, Mr. Sherman, and our Assistant Principals, Ms. Panday and Mr. Seo. Following the PTA meeting, the school will be holding its second “Clean-Up the Library Day”.  We will be cleaning up the school’s library, re-shelving existing books and adding on new books to make the library student friendly for both Middle School and High School students.  All are invited and encouraged to stay and lend a helping hand.  A light lunch will be provided for those who stay.  We hope to see many of you on Saturday.  Thank you for your help.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org.

    The FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid needs to be submitted using your 2011 tax information in order for your child to have every opportunity to receive Financial Aid for College.
