  • Our school was four points shy of receiving an A in the NYC Department of Education Progress Report for 2011-2012 school year.  The NYC DOE Progress Report: measures student year-to-year progress, compares the school to peer schools, and rewards success in moving all students forward, especially students with the greatest needs.  Click here to see the complete report.

We also received an overall score of 93 out of 100 in our Quality Review giving us a rating of Well Developed!  This rating is based on three major categories of school performance: instruction that prepares students for college and careers, school organization and management, and quality of the learning environment.

Congrats to all our East-West staff and students for their hard work.  Let's keep it going!
