Mandatory 12th grade Financial Aid Workshop on Thursday, January 12th at 6pm in room 405E. Students and parents will fill out their FAFSA and TAP applications with the assistance of the guidance counselors and senior advisors. Please bring:
- Student and Parent’s Social Security Number
- Permanent Residents- Alien Number
- Documentation of Adoption
- Date of Parent’s Marriage, Separation, or Divorce
- 1040 or 1040A Income Tax Return- Parent, Step-Parent, Student
- IT-150 or IT-201 Resident Income Tax Return
- SSI, Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance, or WIC statements
- Bank Statements
- Real Estate Value and Debt (not home or small business)
All students must complete this application prior to entering a university for the Fall of 2012.
