Good Evening, this is the East-West school of International studies calling with an exciting announcement. This Friday, December 2nd is First Friday. Come join your child at school between 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.  Come observe your child, take a peek into our classrooms and see what we are learning.  We will also give you the opportunity to have “Tea and Talk” with our Principal. Good Evening this is the East-West school of International Studies PTA calling with a reminder. We are still collecting toys for our annual Toy Drive.  These toys will benefit children in need from the Urban Women Retreat Shelter. A shelter for domestic abuse. We appreciate all toys from ages newborn to 17 years old. Please no guns or small pieces. Help spread joy with a toy and put a smile on a child’s face this holiday season. Buenas tardes esta es el PTA de la escuela East-West  llamando con un recordatorio. Todavía estamos recogiendo los juguetes de nuestro anual de juguetes. Estos juguetes beneficiará a los niños en necesidad de las mujeres de las zonas urbanas Refugio Refugio. Un refugio para el abuso doméstico. Apreciamos todos los juguetes entre las edades de recién nacidos hasta los 17 años de edad. Por favor, no hay armas o piezas pequeñas. Good Evening, this is the East-West School of International studies calling. We have GREAT news!  We are partners with the Smile Dental Program to bring a dental clinic into school on November 23, 2016.The children will receive prevention services, exam, cleaning, fluoride, sealants and x-rays if necessary to prevent decay. No need to miss school for dental appointments!

All you need to do is to sign the permission form that has been sent home and return it TOMORROW. All children are seen, even if they don’t have insurance. In order for your child to be seen you MUST return a signed form. Together we can keep our children healthy, in school and learning! Buenas noches, este es la escuela East-West llamando. ¡Tenemos GRANDES noticias! Somos socios con el Programa Sonrisa Dental para llevar una clínica dental a la escuela el 23 de noviembre de 2016. Los niños recibirán servicios de prevención, examen, limpieza, fluoruro, selladores y radiografías si es necesario para prevenir la caries. No hay necesidad de faltar a la escuela para citas dentales!

Todo lo que necesitas hacer es firmar el formulario de permiso que se ha enviado a casa y devolverlo MAÑANA. Todos los niños son vistos, incluso si no tienen seguro. Parents and Guardians, please join us for our Financial Aid workshop on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2016.

Appointments are available starting at 7:30 AM. If you would like to come in during school hours, which is 7:30 AM-2 PM, please email CWashington@ewsis.org to set up an appointment.

Kindly note that we will be completing the FAFSA, which your child MUST fill out in order to get a financial aid package from the colleges and universities.
