    "Hello. This is the East-West School of International Studies PTA calling to wish you a Happy New Year and to remind you that our next PTA meeting will be held on this coming Saturday morning, January 9 at 10:00 AM. All parents and guardians are cordially invited to attend. The business portion of the meeting will offer updated news for parents. It will include reports from our school administrators and other staff members. As always, we will provide plenty of time for a question and answer period.  Immediately following the meeting, we will be holding a Title 1 Parent Workshop on "Health & Fitness: Zumba With Your Child".  We encourage all parents and their children to participate in this free fitness class together. A letter was sent home with your child listing necessary vaccinations. You must provide documentation that your child has received these vaccinations within 10 days, or your child will not be permitted in school.     Good Evening, This is the East-West School calling with an important announcement.   Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday afternoon November 19th from 12:15 p.m.  to 2:15 p.m.and in the evening from  5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  There is a half day for all students on Thursday, November 19th.   Dismissal time is 11:11 a.m., at the close of fourth period.  Our uniform company will be available during our evening conference.  We look forward to meeting with you to discuss, your child’s progress.   If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org.  Thank you and have a pleasant evening.
