Last Day Procedures June 2013

Good Evening, This is the East-West School of International Studies calling to remind you that Monday, June 10^th is the last instructional day for all students. Report cards can be picked up on Wednesday, June 26^th.    Middle School students will pick their report cards up from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and high school students from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  If your child is scheduled for a regents exam, he/she must report on his/her testing day to take the regents exam.   If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org.  Thank you and have a pleasant evening.

Buenas noches, esto es la escuela East-West llamando con un anuncio importante.  El lunes, diez de  Junio es el último día de instrucción para todos los estudiantes. Los tarjeta de grados pueden ser recogidos el miércoles, veinte  seis  de  junio. Estudiantes de la Escuela intermedia  los pueden recoger  a las  8:30  hasta  9:30 a.m. y los estudiantes de  escuela secundaria de 10:00 a 11:00 a.m. Si su hijo tiene que coger un examen de regentes, el/ella tienen que reportar a escuela el día de el examen. Dear 8th Grade Parents,

On Friday, May 17th, we will be going to Lucky Strikes Bowling Alley for our 8th Grade Trip. It is located at 624-660 42nd Street, New York, NY. We will be leaving at 9:30 a.m. via yellow bus service and returning by 1:15 p.m. All students will be dismissed at regular dismissal time 2:15 p.m. All fees are covered by dues, including lunch.  Congratulations on Stepping Up to high school.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org

Middle School Testing 2013

Good Evening, This is the East-West School of International Studies calling with an important reminder.    The New York State E L A Test will begin this Tuesday, April 16th.  Please make every effort to make sure your child gets plenty of rest, has a healthy breakfast and  is on time and in attendance. No cell phones are permitted otherwise the test will be invalid. The test is scheduled for April 16th, April 17th and April 18th.  The New York State Math Test is scheduled for April 24^th, 25^th and 26th.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org.   Thank you and have a pleasant evening.

Haga por favor cada esfuerzo de asegurarse de que su niño consigue mucho descanso, tiene un desayuno sano y es puntual y en la asistencia. Ningunos teléfonos celulares son permitidos de otro modo que la prueba será inválida.
