    "Hello. This is the East-West School of International Studies calling to remind you that our next PTA meeting will be held on this Saturday morning, March 31st at 10:00 AM. This meeting will replace our usual meeting in April since the first Saturday in April is a holiday. The morning will begin with a light breakfast buffet. The business portion of the meeting will offer information useful to parents, from the PTA, our principal, Mr. Sherman, and our Assistant Principals, Ms. Panday and Mr. Seo. Following the PTA meeting, the school will be holding its second “Clean-Up the Library Day”.  We will be cleaning up the school’s library, re-shelving existing books and adding on new books to make the library student friendly for both Middle School and High School students.  All are invited and encouraged to stay and lend a helping hand.  A light lunch will be provided for those who stay.  We hope to see many of you on Saturday.  Thank you for your help.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org.

    Good Evening, This is the East-West School calling with an important announcement.   Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday evening, March 29th from 5:30  p.m.  to  8:00  p.m. and Friday afternoon,  March 30th,  from 12:00  p.m. to 2:15  p.m..   We look forward to meeting  with you to discuss, your child’s progress.   You will be able to pick up your child’s report card, as well as, complete your, Parent Survey for 2012.    After you have completed the survey, your name will be entered into a drawing, for a 32 inch flat, screen television.   We look forward to seeing you.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org   Thank you and have a pleasant evening.

    Good Evening, This is the East West School of International Studies calling with an important reminder.   Parents of twelfth grade students, please file your 2011 Tax Returns as soon as possible.   

    The FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid needs to be submitted using your 2011 tax information in order for your child to have every opportunity to receive Financial Aid for College.

    Good Evening, This is The East-West School, calling with an important announcement.   There will be a, mandatory, 12th grade, Financial Aid Workshop, on Thursday, January 12th, at 6pm, in room 405E. Students and parents will fill out their FAFSA and TAP applications with the assistance of the guidance counselors, and, senior advisors. Please bring:  Student and Parent’s Social Security Number,  Permanent Residents  Alien Number ,  Documentation of Adoption,  Date of Parent’s Marriage,  Separation, or Divorce,  1040 or 1040A Income Tax Return Parent,  Step Parent, Student , IT 150 or IT 201 Resident Income Tax Return , SSI, Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance, or WIC statements , Bank Statements , Real Estate Value and Debt not home or small business
